When does my first audit run?
Immediately. The moment Stripe confirms your subscription, the baseline audit kicks off — you'll get the first email within a couple of minutes. Then weekly every Monday 9am UTC after that.
How do I cancel?
One click. Email support@reffed.ai with the email you signed up with, or use the Stripe customer portal at /watch/manage. We don't do retention calls or "are you sure" loops.
Can I change the URL being monitored?
Right now, no — one subscription monitors one URL. If you need to switch, cancel and start a new subscription with the new URL. (Multi-site management is on the roadmap.)
Does this include the technical fixes?
No. Reffed Watch is monitoring only. Automated fixes ship with the Foundation tier in Q4 2026 — join the waitlist on the pricing page to lock in founding-member pricing of $99/mo for life.
What if my site is private or behind a login?
Reffed Watch needs to be able to crawl your homepage anonymously. If your site is behind a paywall, login, or robots-blocking AI bots, the audit won't work. Email support@reffed.ai and we'll refund.
